Zyliss Palette Knife

Ideal for left or right handed use, the Zyliss palette knife features a specially designed long blade to ice a 23cm cake without the need to sweep back and forth.

The flexible long blade is made from stainless steel and is perfect for spreading icing onto delicate shaped and uneven surfaces. The handle is made from natural beech wood with a striking harbour blue dipped end.

To clean, simply wash in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly (not suitable for dishwashers).
